Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. rice, 1 pkg. dry onion soup, 1 c. cut-up chicken, 1 can celery soup and 1 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
Spread 1 1/4 cups rice in bottom of pan or baking dish.
Spread 1 package dry onion soup over 1 cup of cut-up chicken.
Mix celery soup with 1 can of water and add to casserole.
Mix cream of chicken or cream of mushroom with 1 can of water and add to casserole.
Bake at 350Β°.
