Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, 1 pt. sour cream (2 c.), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil chicken until tender and set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the next 3 ingredients together.
Add all bread stuffing, except 1 cup.
Cut up chicken in bite-size in a casserole dish.
Add cream mixture and bread stuffing on top of chicken.
Top all this with the one cup of leftover bread stuffing.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
