Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes stove top stuffing (chicken flavor), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 whole chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil chicken until done.
Set aside and let cool.
Prepare stuffing as directed on boxes.
When chicken is cooked, pick apart and shred.
Throw skin away.
Mix chicken with soup.
In casserole dish put half of the stuffing down, then put chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes. You may top with shredded cheese.
