Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) fryer or 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. self-rising flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken until tender; debone.
Arrange meat in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking pan.
Save 2 cups broth. Mix broth with soup; bring to boil.
Pour over chicken.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
