Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large chicken breasts, boiled (save broth), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 c. chicken broth, 8 oz. stove top stuffing, prepared using only 1/3 c. butter and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine mushroom
1 cup of broth and put in bottom of pan.
Stuffing on top of soup. Add chicken on top of stuffing.
Put chicken soup with other cup of broth on chicken.
Add the remaining stuffing on top.
You can use frozen broccoli, if desired, on top of chicken.
Bake with aluminum foil on pan at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Serve.
