Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 2 boxes stuffing mix, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 stick butter, melted and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken and tear into pieces.
Prepare stuffing mix.
Stir in melted butter.
Put half of stuffing mix in a large casserole dish.
Mix chicken soup, broth and milk.
Layer chicken on top of stuffing.
Pour mixture over top of chicken.
Add the rest of the stuffing on top and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
