Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with chicken breasts, broiled with 1/4 stick butter, (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing (herb seasoning), c. chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix herb seasoned stuffing with 1 stick melted margarine and 1 egg.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 cup chicken broth.
Mix cream of chicken soup with 3/4 cup chicken broth.
Place in casserole dish 1 layer of stuffing, 1 layer of chicken, 1 layer of cream of mushroom soup, 1 layer chicken, 1 layer cream of chicken soup and 1 layer of stuffing.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
