Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. pepperidge farm cornbread dressing, 1/2 fryer or hen, cooked and deboned, 1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter and pour over dressing. Combine and heat evaporated milk, cream of celery soup and chopped onion.
Put half of mixture in casserole dish.
Add chicken to soup mixture over dressing.
Put remaining dressing evenly over casserole.
Pour 1 1/2 cups chicken broth over casserole.
Put in oven uncovered at 450Β° until bubbling, approximately 45 minutes.
