Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken breasts, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 35 minutes.
Tear off bones and cut in small pieces.
Add soup and sour cream.
Place in buttered casserole and top with 1 cup Town House cracker crumbs. Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over the top.
Sprinkle liberally with poppy seed.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
