Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, 1 medium onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. cooked rice and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil 5 chicken breasts until tender.
Remove meat from bone. Brown 1 medium onion in butter.
In greased casserole dish, put chicken, onion and 1 cup cooked rice.
Pour 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup chicken broth over ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
