Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, diced chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and celery in butter.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Add chicken, soup, water chestnuts and mayonnaise to onion and celery mixture.
Pour rice into buttered casserole dish.
Pour in chicken mixture and top with crushed crackers.
Dot with butter and bake at 400Β° until bubbly for about 30 minutes.
