Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chicken, 1 pkg. stuffing, 3/4 c. milk and 1 can cream of chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil the chicken and save the broth.
Let chicken cool.
In a buttered casserole dish, add chicken soup.
Stir in milk and mixture is smooth.
Take chicken off bones and lay on top of soup. Prepare stuffing as directed but use broth instead of water. Place stuffing on top of chicken.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes or until soup begins to bubble up over stuffing.
