Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup and 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix stuffing and margarine.
Cover bottom of 2-quart (9 x 13-inch) casserole dish with half of stuffing mix.
Mix soups, milk, broth, chicken, peas, celery and onions.
Pour into casserole.
Cover with remaining stuffing/margarine mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 20 minutes before serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
