Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. shredded cheese (monterey jack and cheddar), 8 oz. (approximately) spirals or shells pasta (enough pasta to fill a 13 x 9-inch pan) and 1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions and garlic until softened.
Add the cubed chicken and brown; drain the fat and add the mushrooms.
Mix together with the cooked noodles and then add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and Durkee onions.
Mix thoroughly and spread into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven until bubbly; top with cheese and Durkee onions.
Broil until cheese is melted.
