Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or 2 to 3 large chicken breasts, boiled in salt water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 c. chicken broth and 1 small onion (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken until tender; skin and pick off bones.
Chop up chicken.
Spray Pam in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put stuffing in dish and pour chicken broth over stuffing mix.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until brown.
