Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 3 whole chicken breasts or whole chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix margarine and crackers.
Blend.
Spoon half in bottom of casserole dish.
Place chicken bits on top.
Combine sour cream, broth and soup.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken. Put rest of cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
