Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and boned, 3 or 4 ribs celery, chopped, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 or 3 bell peppers, chopped and 1 can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken, cool and debone.
Cook vegetables in 2 cups chicken broth.
Add mushrooms, soup and chili powder.
Mix well. Add chicken and 3 cups cooked rice.
Mix well and put into large casserole.
Top with cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
