Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut into bite-size pieces or 4 to 5 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, swiss cheese slices and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken into 8-inch square baking dish. Layer cheese over chicken.
Mix soup and milk.
Pour over cheese layer.
Mix melted butter and stuffing mix.
Layer on top.
