Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 boiled chicken or 4 boneless chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and salt, celery salt and garlic salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In medium casserole dish, place crackers (broken into large pieces).
Melt oleo and pour over crackers, stirring lightly to coat.
Boil chicken, debone and arrange on top of crackers.
Mix together soup, sour cream, chicken broth, pepper, salt, garlic salt and celery salt.
Pour over chicken.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
