Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed, 2 1/2 c. stuffing mix, 1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick), 1/2 c. milk or chicken broth and 1 can condensed mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Melt margarine; add stuffing mix and coat.

Mix in bowl 1 3/4 cups stuffing mix, broth, chicken, soup, onion and peas.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and put 3/4 cup stuffing mix on top.

Bake in a 425° ove for 35 minutes.

I bake mine in a glass dish and reduce the heat to 400°.

I also cover the dish with aluminum foil and take off foil for the last 5 to 10 minutes to brown.
