Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken (broth can be used for soup), 8 oz. sour cream or substitute, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1/2 pkg. stuffing mix and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stew the frying chicken.
Combine meat from 1 medium chicken or 3 cups leftover chicken or turkey, the sour cream and soup. Place in greased casserole.
Top with stuffing mix into which you have tossed the melted margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
