Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing, 4 c. cubed, cooked chicken, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 1 tall can evaporated milk and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole with Pam.
Melt margarine.
Add 1/2 stuffing mix in bottom of casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Top with the other 1/2 package of stuffing mix and bake for 45 minutes at 375Β°.
