Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken or 6 breasts, cooked and boned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery), 1 small pkg. herb stuffing mix and 1 small pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine 2 packages of stuffing mix with enough broth to moisten.
Set aside 1/3 of this mixture.
Spread remainder in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer chicken over stuffing mixture. Combine 1/2 to 3/4 cup of broth with 2 cans of soup.
Pour soup mixture over chicken.
Then crumble remainder of stuffing mix over top. Bake at 375Β° for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
