Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, small pkg. pepperidge farm bread stuffing, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil chicken; pick off bones and cut to bite-size pieces. Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
Mix in stuffing to moisten.
In a bowl blend soup, sour cream, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper; add chicken.
Spread mixture over the layer of stuffing.
Top with Ritz crackers which have been finely crumbled. Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
