Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 lb.) whole chicken or chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 c. broth, 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stew chicken until; skin, bone and cut into small pieces. Place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle celery seed and onion over top.
Combine soup with 1/2 cup broth; spread over chicken. Combine stuffing mix with remaining broth; spread over chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
