Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chicken, 1/2 lb. noodles, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 c. chopped celery and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stew chicken.
Cook noodles, onion and celery in chicken broth. Skin and debone chicken.
Add noodles, 3/4 of cheese, soup and pepper.
Put in large casserole.
Put in enough broth so it won't be dry.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Put rest of cheese on top and bake until melted.
