Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sour cream, 1 pkg. ritz or town house crackers, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted and 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Save 1/2 of margarine for top.
Boil chicken until done.
Chop into bite size chunks.
Mix soup, sour cream and margarine.
Then spread over chicken.
Crumble crackers and spread over chicken. Drizzle with remainder of margarine.
