Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken legs and thighs, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup, seasoning (parsley, celery, garlic, onion, oregano, salt and pepper to taste) and 2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chicken in casserole dish and add seasonings to your taste.
Add mushroom soup (which you follow directions on can to mix up) over top of chicken legs.
Bake at 375Β° (gas stove) for 1 hour.
