Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, small amount of chicken broth or water, 2 tsp. butter or margarine and 1 small green bell pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook the bell pepper, onion and celery in a little chicken broth and the margarine.
In casserole dish, put layer of macaroni, layer of vegetables and layer of chicken.
Pour 1/2 of the soup which has been diluted with the milk.
Repeat layer of macaroni, vegetables and chicken, then remaining soup.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β° (you can add 1/2 cup ham to this).
