Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 lb. fryer, stewed until tender, broth from chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Skin and bone chicken.
Cut into 1-inch strips.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour soup over chicken.
Mix one quart broth with stuffing mix and pour over chicken and soup.
