Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked chicken breast, diced, 1 16 oz. pkg. wide noodles, 2 c. cream of chicken and mushroom soup, 2 c. veg-all vegetables, drained and 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken, cut into small pieces.
Boil noodles according to directions on package; drain.
Add soup, drained vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for 50 - 55 minutes.
