Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer chicken, cooked and chopped up (save broth), 2 c. herb broth stuffing mix, 1 c. corn bread crumbs, 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook chicken; save broth.
Take chicken from bones.
Chop up. Mix the stuffing mix, corn bread crumbs and margarine.
Combine in a bowl and mix with hands.
Put 1 layer of crumbs in a baking dish. Top with chopped chicken.
Mix chicken soup and 1 can of broth. Pour over chicken.
Add a few more crumbs.
Mix celery soup with 1 can of broth; pour over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until crumbs are golden brown.
