Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned, 1 can each: cream of celery and cream of chicken soup, 1 1/4 c. milk, 1 pkg. herb or cornbread stuffing and 2/3 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place in casserole dish.
Dilute soups with milk and pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing with butter and the chicken broth.
