Beat egg; blend in undiluted soups.
Add bread cubes and cooked chicken, shredded in pieces.
Do not add salt.
Pour in buttered casserole (6 x 10 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch) pan.

Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
