Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts (approximately), 1 box stove top stuffing (chicken flavor), ritz crackers (about 35), 1/2 c. butter and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil chicken breasts.
Fix stuffing as directed on the box. Put in bottom of baking dish.
Break chicken up and cover stuffing.
Heat soup with 1/2 cup water.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 45 minutes at 375° or 350°.
Crush crackers; melt butter and mix with crackers.
Cover casserole the last 15 minutes of baking time.
