Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with whole chicken, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. chicken broth, 3/4 c. milk and 2 sticks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil chicken.
Season with salt and pepper; mix cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup chicken broth, and milk.
Pour over chicken, separate from bone.
Saute celery and small onion in margarine. Add cornbread stuffing mix, egg and 1 1/2 or 2 cups chicken broth. Add on top of soup mixture.
Bake 45 minutes in a covered casserole at 350Β°; then 15 minutes uncovered.
