Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 fryer or breast, cut up, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 soup cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray a pan (9 x 13-inch) with vegetable spray.
Spread rice in sprayed pan.
Layer chicken over rice; sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
(Can also add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.)
