Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked (save broth), 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, 2 c. cooked rice, 8 tbsp. butter or margarine and 2 c. half and half cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Over low heat, mix butter, cream, chicken broth and cheese, stirring often.
Mix until all ingredients come together into a sauce.
In a casserole dish, put chicken and broccoli along the bottom.
Pour sauce over it, then add the rice to the sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
