Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 deboned chicken breasts, 4 medium potatoes, 3 medium carrots, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut peeled potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
Cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices.
Layer chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions in a 2-quart baking dish.
Add seasonings as desired.
Mix mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and pour over contents.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
