Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. chicken (1 chicken), cooked and boned, 1 c. broth (save from chicken), 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix, 1 stick margarine and 1/2 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook chicken; debone and save 1 cup of broth.
Mix together the stuffing mix, 1 cup broth and margarine.
Put half in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix together the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, milk and salt and pour over dressing.
Top with remaining half of dressing.
Spread can of soup on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 325° or 350°.
