Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. fryer, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 soup cans broth from chicken and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil fryer with salt and pepper until tender.
Don't use much salt or broth will be too salty to mix in dressing.
Take meat off bone and put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Put cream of chicken soup over chicken and 1/2 soup can of broth from the chicken.
Mix stuffing, butter or margarine and 1 soup can of chicken broth. Put on top of chicken.
Cook at 350Β° until it begins to boil, then turn on broil until nice and brown.
