Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 whole chicken breasts (boneless), 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (undiluted), 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken, cool and reserve 2 cups broth.
Remove chicken from bones.
Cut in bite-size pieces.
Place in shallow casserole (3 quart).
Combine soup and 1 cup broth.
Pour over chicken. Mix butter and 1 cup broth.
Stir in stuffing, spoon over chicken. Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
