Made with 5 lb. chicken breast, boiled and cut in pieces, 8 oz. small noodles, cooked in broth (save 1 c. broth in case mixture is too thick), 1 c. celery, 1 c. chopped onion and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute celery and onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients. Add to cooked noodles and chicken.
