Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, cooked and boned, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 2 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1 pkg. stuffing mix (herb style), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Tear chicken into pieces and place in pan.
Heat milk and soup in saucepan until creamy and pour over chicken.
(If vegetables are desired add 1 can drained mixed vegetables to soup mixture.) Stir egg and salt and pepper into chicken broth and stir in stuffing mix.
Spoon over top of soup and bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
