Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut up chicken or chicken breasts, 1 1/3 c. minute rice, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/3 c. water and 1/2 tsp. celery flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown chicken in butter; remove from heat.
Place chicken soup, water and spices in pan.
Bring to a boil.
Put rice in casserole dish; pour all except 1/3 of soup mixture over rice. Place chicken on top and then pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375Β°.
