Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 (13 or 15 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (don't use but a little over 1/2 of it), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cook chicken until done, then take off the bone.

Cut into small pieces.

Cook noodles in chicken broth until done.

Mix in chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and chicken.

Melt butter in casserole dish.

Crumble Ritz crackers in butter to make a small crust.

Pour in the mixed ingredients, then make a small crust on top.

Bake at 350° or 400° until brown on top, about 40 to 50 minutes.
