Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer or chicken breast, boiled, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream and 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles in chicken broth.
Mix noodles, diced chicken, soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in casserole dish and cover top of casserole with thin biscuit layers.
Pour melted margarine over top of casserole and bake at 400Β° until biscuits are brown (about 15 minutes).
