Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 stick margarine, 2 stalks celery and 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil fryer, celery, onion and poultry seasoning until chicken is done.
Remove chicken from bone and chop. Save broth.
Toss stuffing mix with melted margarine and place a layer of stuffing mix in large Pyrex dish.
Cover with a layer of chicken, a can of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cans of broth.
Place another layer of chicken, a can of cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 cans of broth. Finish with layer of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
