Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine and 1 can broth (reserved from chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 2-quart casserole, place 1/2 of crackers in bottom.
Mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and broth together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over crackers.
Then top with remaining crackers.
