Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 small bag pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken breasts for 1 1/2 hours with 2 tablespoons of butter and salt.
Let cool; debone and skin breasts.
Save 1 1/2 cups of broth.
Mix all 3 cans of soup with broth; mix well.
Melt stick of margarine; add to stuffing until moist.
Layer stuffing, chicken, then soup.
Repeat until all is used.
Top with stuffing. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
